We built our Real Estate section to work for either individuals or real estate agents or companies. But we know that your needs as a real estate professional are not the same as individual sellers. So we have set up an affordable program for your multiple listings.

But why should you add Sheville to your advertising budget? Because we attract people who are attracted to moving to WNC! Lee Lehman, who wrote the article on moving to WNC from Florida has even had a reader of that article track her down on Facebook! Our passion for our region is the perfect venue for your listings!

Our Mall Real Estate Directory:

This is an example of our Artists and Writers page from the Sheville Mall, but the same idea applies for our Real Estate Listings. For $75 per year for a single property, we can list your property, a graphic , a paragraph about it, contact information, and a website or link. Or we can list your property with a brief description, a photo, and a link to your website. Depending upon your choice, this website or link could be:

• A page within your website
• A page we design internally for you (our internal page design charges apply)
• A Paypal® purchase button
• A link to your Paypal® shopping cart
• A questionnaire that either you design or we design

As the typical MLS listing is for six months, we have created our rates around that time period.

If you would like to use a different time period, please call us to discuss rates.

Here's a table of our discounted rates for multiple listsings. And if you don't want to commit to a large number up-front, please be aware that you qualify for the discounted rates as your ads accumulate during the course of a calendar year. So if you buy three for $150 in February, and then you decide to add four more in July, you will only owe an additional $85 in July!

How to Submit Your Ad Artwork

We will design your ad using your existing digital pictures, logo or art work:

• Banner Ad - 450 wide x 100 pixels high at 72 dpi resolution sent in .gif, .jpg or .png format.
• Directory listings and Mall page listings: typically, we prefer a .jpg or .png that is approximately 100 pixels high at 72 dpi.
• We are happy to take the digital pictures for your advertising. Plea se add $50.00 to $150.00 for this service depending on time and business location.
• We can capture your logo or art work from your existing website, but we will charge a set-up fee for the work.

For a design fee of $50 per hour, we are happy to help you to design a logo.

Payment Information

For Sidebar Ads and website development, half of the total amount is due prior to publication. For renewals, payment is within 30 days of invoicing. If you wish to arrange payment terms, we will require a credit card for automatic billing. You can also use the Paypal links here for your convenience.

For Banner Ads , payment for the first three months is due prior to publication. A $75.00 set-up fee will be charged for ads purchased for less than a half year.

For all services of $100 or less, and for all set-up fees: full payment is due in advance.

We accept Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover, or checks.

Ad posting occurs 7 – 10 days after payment is received.

Advertisements are published with the understanding that the advertiser and/or agency is authorized to publish the submitted material. The advertiser and/or agency agrees to indemnify and hold Sheville.org from and against any loss or expenses resulting from any disputes of legal claims based upon the contents or subject matter of such advertisements, including claims or suits for defamation, libel, violation of privacy, plagiarism, and copyright infringement.  Advertisers are responsible for checking the accuracy of their ads, including links. Sheville will not knowingly accept advertising from firms who discriminate on the basis of gender, gender orientation, race, national origin, religion or age.
